Greenacres Animal Park is only 16 minutes from Loggerheads Country Park by car, and Gladstone's Library is in its close vicinity. This animal park offers a delightful mix of wildlife encounters, fun activities, and scenic views that appeal to visitors of all ages. Read on to learn all about Greenacres Animal Park.

A Fun Day for Kids

Greenacres Animal Park is especially popular with families. Children can enjoy the petting zoo, where they can interact closely with the animals, learning more about them while having fun.
The zoo features different varieties of macaws, snakes, tortoises, and different mammals.
The kids will probably enjoy the pets corner experience. Here, they are allowed to touch and pet some fascinating species. They can feed the ducks, chickens, and goats. There are cute baby goats that would love to drink milk from your bottle.

Activities for All Ages

Apart from the animal interactions, the park has plenty of fun activities for all ages.
One of the most fascinating activities at the park is the lemur experiences. Here, families will be allowed to interact with these endangered animals in their special enclosures. The zoo also allows you to have a close encounter with the wolf hybrid, feed it, and even take a selfie with it.
Tractor rides are also attractive for all members of the family. With the tractor tours, you will experience farm life, see field animals such as alpacas, horses, and sheep, and even encounter some surprises along the way.

Events at Greenacres Animal Park

On some dates, the park celebrates special occasions. Halloween and Christmas are celebrated at Greenacres Animal Park all year round. At Christmas, kids can go and visit Santa in his Christmas Grotto, have a chat with him, and receive his lovely gifts.
There might be some other events held at the park as well, which requires you to keep up to date. During special events and holidays, Greenacres often hosts themed activities like Easter egg hunts and Halloween trick-or-treat trails.

Caravan Sites

Greenacres campsites are ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in the countryside for several days. Whether you're a seasoned caravanner or just starting your outdoor adventures, the park’s caravan sites provide everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. By staying at the caravan site, you will have the time to explore other attractions nearby such as Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village and Deeside Leisure Centre.
